For stretching calves and hamstrings. Lats and shoulders also. Good for Carpal massage i.e. palms and wrists. At the present time, we have no video for this exercise.
Down Dog, floor
Start Position:
Start on hands and knees.
Movement: Reach arms forward, palms down fingers pread out. Tuck toes under and straighten knees. Press heels and hands to floor.
Hold for 1 minute and breathe deeply.
