Bruce’s Journal Week Four

Last week was not a very good one for my health. I spent most of my time at work, sometimes staying until one or two in the morning. The late schedule prevented me from going to the gym and made my food choices impulsive. What about Going Backward

In a gym, you’ll see people pedaling backward on a stationary cycle or walking backward on a stepper in attempts to target different muscle groups or to increase the intensity of their workout.
